Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Project Scoping & Coordination professional in the Philippines. You will gather client requirements, document User Requirements as User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, and coordinate with stakeholders and Scrum Master to ensure timely delivery across internal teams.

You will also manage client content collection, design approvals, and UI/UX coordination while maintaining proper documentation in the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, management or related field is required.
• At least 3 years experience in business/system analysis or product owner roles.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Hybrid work arrangement: report once to twice weekly to Quezon City office.

Responsibilities

• Gathers client requirements for development/technical projects.
• Documents User Requirements as User Stories and defines Acceptance Criteria.
• Prioritizes tasks with stakeholders and cascades changes to internal teams.
• Spearheads project kickoff and assigns resources across teams.
• Provides clear, regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinates with Scrum Master to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinates with client for content/data collection and design approvals.
• Coordinates with creative team for UI/UX changes and updates knowledge base.
