Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Talent Pipeline Sr. Analyst to evaluate and identify improvements for complex department processes within CBRE Business Services Organization.

You will help reduce defects and support the Continuous Improvement function. The role involves developing project plans, documenting processes, benchmarking metrics, and partnering with IT to implement solutions. A Green Belt certification and a degree are preferred, with 2–5 years of relevant experience in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating and improving complex processes.
• Ability to create business cases and cost-benefit trackers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team to develop and implement basic process efficiencies.
• Use project management tools to create advanced project plans and cost-benefit trackers.
