Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Talent Pipeline Sr. Analyst to evaluate and identify improvements for complex department processes within CBRE Business Services Organization.

You will help reduce defects and support the Continuous Improvement function. The role involves developing project plans, documenting processes, benchmarking metrics, and partnering with IT to implement solutions. A Green Belt certification and a degree are preferred, with 2–5 years of relevant experience in a hybrid work

About the Role:

As a CBRE Process Improvement Sr. Analyst, you will evaluate and identify improvements for complex department processes.

This job is part of the Continuous Improvement & Client Performance function. They are responsible for reducing the risk of defects in all products and processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the project team to develop and implement basic process efficiencies.
• Use project management tools to create advanced project plans, business cases, cost-benefit trackers, etc..
• Research and gain an in-depth understanding of current processes and formally document new areas of process improvement.
• Evaluate and benchmark intricate process metrics against industry standards to ensure a best practice is achieved when possible.
• Oversee the tracking and prioritization of projects within the pipeline.
• Conduct time and motion studies to forecast savings in multiple areas of a department.
• Partner with IT to create technology solutions that achieve direct process efficiencies.
• Train staff on new approved business processes.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems
• Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
• Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
• Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
