Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Process Improvement Senior Analyst in Makati to evaluate and identify improvements for complex department processes. The role is part of Continuous Improvement & Client Performance, aiming to reduce defects across products and processes.

You will lead basic process enhancements, benchmark metrics, and collaborate with IT to implement solutions, while training staff on new processes and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team to develop and implement basic process efficiencies.
• Use project management tools to create advanced project plans, business cases, cost-benefit trackers, etc.
• Research and document new areas of process improvement.
• Benchmark process metrics against industry standards to achieve best practices.
