evoke is seeking a People Operations & Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll processing, administer benefits, and maintain HRIS data accuracy. The role supports onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries while collaborating with Finance to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in Payroll Administration or People Operations, with strong knowledge of payroll processes, government contributions, and data confidentiality.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Payroll Administration or People Operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, taxes, and government contributions.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Detail-oriented with high data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end payroll processing accurately and timely.
• Administer employee benefits, government contributions, and payroll transactions.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity.
• Support onboarding, movements, and offboarding processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide first‑line payroll/HRIS support.
• Manage People Operations tickets within service levels.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and compliance documents.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure smooth service delivery.
