Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Payroll Specialist - Asia to manage payroll operations across multiple Asian countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience and proficiency with Workday.

You will work three days a week from our Manila office, coordinating with external vendors and maintaining rigorous data controls. The position involves processing multi-country payroll inputs, analyzing pay data, and producing comprehensive payroll

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll experience.
• Payroll across a minimum of 3 Asian countries including Philippines and Singapore.
• Experience working with external payroll vendors in Asian territories.
• End-to-end payroll responsibility for 150-400 employees in a medium-sized company.
• Fluent in English; advanced MS Excel skills.
• Willingness to work 3 days per week in the Manila office.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and consolidate multi-country payroll inputs with timely execution.
• Manage payroll changes efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Perform detailed payroll calculations, checks, and analyses.
• Oversee shadow payroll management and audits.
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors and data exchanges.
• Maintain internal controls for payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Track and manage internal company loans related to payroll.
• Generate payroll reports and analyses including transfers and terminations.
