Manpower (Philippines) is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst – Payroll to join our team in Metro Manila. The role supports payroll operations, systems, and process improvements, ensuring accurate processing of salaries, benefits, and related payments.

You will work with auditors, manage payroll changes, system upgrades, and collaborate across stakeholders to resolve complex issues while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, transactions, and related systems.
• Experience handling complex payroll concerns, process improvements, or payroll-related projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential payroll information.

Responsabilités

• Support development and maintenance of systems for processing payroll transactions (salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes).
• Oversee payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and other employee updates.
• Support payroll system upgrades and process improvements.
• Liaise with auditors and assist in managing payroll tax audits and related requirements.
• Handle complex and non-routine payroll activities using sound judgment and established principles.
• Work collaboratively with the team under broad supervision while contributing expertise to payroll-related projects.
• Identify and elevate complex issues outside the defined scope and work with relevant stakeholders toward resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of standard and non-standard payroll tasks.
• Adapt to changing business requirements and contribute to operational goals.
