Job summary

GHD, based in the Philippines, is seeking an experienced Finance Services Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate payroll delivery, guidance to employees and managers, and strengthening payroll processes, compliance and reporting.

The role involves processing payroll on time, handling complex payments and reconciliations, responding to queries, supporting system changes, and maintaining documentation. A collaborative, continuous-improvement mindset is essential in a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a complex environment.
• Strong payroll administration capabilities including checking and reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of payroll-related legislation, tax requirements and compliance obligations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience preparing clear reports and maintaining accurate payroll information.
• Collaborative approach and the confidence to provide guidance to employees, managers and internal stakeholders.
• Continuous-improvement mindset to manage complexity, priorities and commitments.

To be successful you will have:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• More than 3 years of relevant payroll experience, ideally in a complex or multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong payroll administration capability, including payroll checking, manual payments and reconciliations for AU market.
• Working knowledge of payroll-related legislation, tax requirements, policies and compliance obligations.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience preparing clear reports and maintaining accurate, well-controlled payroll information.
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to provide guidance to employees, managers and internal stakeholders.
• A continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to manage complexity, priorities and commitments.
