Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is hiring an Operations Specialist in a hybrid role based in the Philippines. You will serve as the orders contact for Sales and Fulfillment Centers, handling inquiries, coordinating cross-department work, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, process feedback, and timely delivery, with opportunities to grow through internal promotions and upskilling. This is a people-first, diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience within the IT or Software industry.
• They must be a self-starter who can work independently.
• They are an effective multi-tasker with strong organization and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to identify and use resources to achieve deliverables.
• Ability to read and understand documents and technical information.
• Must be decisive and balance client needs with organizational needs.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact to Sales and other departments for orders within Fulfillment Centers.
• Acknowledge and complete daily inquiries and work requests.
• Work inter-departmentally to support and fulfill requests.
• Build and maintain relationships.
• Provide feedback on processes, efficiency, and quality.
• Responsible for accurate documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
