Job summary

Insight is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator focused on cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge. The Operations Specialist role is a hybrid position in Pasig, Philippines, serving as the single point of contact for orders within Fulfillment Centers and collaborating with Sales and other departments.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IT or software, strong communication, and excellent MS Office/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Specialist will be the single point of contact to Sales and other departments for orders within the Fulfillment Centers.

• Build and maintain relationships.
• Provide feedback on processes, efficiency, and quality.

About the role

The Operations Specialist will be the single point of contact to Sales and other Insight departments for orders within the Fulfillment Centers. Along the way, you will get to:
