Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines seeks an organized Operations & Process Support Analyst to support daily business operations across Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Supply Chain. You will process transactions and monitor workflows to ensure accuracy and timely service.

You will work with internal teams, support onboarding and training, respond to user queries, and help document processes while seeking continuous improvement. Hybrid work schedule with a priority on reliable internet.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in business operations, administration, ERP support, or a similar role.
• Experience processing business transactions and managing operational workflows.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain business transactions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Support purchase orders, requisitions, invoices, receipting, and inventory transactions.
• Monitor work queues, workflow approvals, transaction exceptions, and overdue activities.
• Ensure transactions are accurate, complete, and processed within agreed service levels.
• Respond to user queries and provide guidance on standard processes and procedures.
• Assist with user onboarding, training, and adoption activities.
• Escalate operational issues to the appropriate support teams and follow up on resolutions.
• Support process documentation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
