Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking an Operations Specialist in Pasig, Philippines. This hybrid role requires 1 day in the office and 4 days remote.

You will act as the primary liaison for orders in Fulfillment Centers, coordinate with Sales and other departments, and ensure timely, accurate documentation. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in IT or software, strong organization and communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

• 1-2 years of IT or software industry experience.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for orders within Fulfillment Centers.
• Proactively acknowledge and complete daily inquiries and work requests.
• Work inter-departmentally to support and fulfill requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Provide feedback on processes, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation for orders and activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
