eBiZolution, Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Operations Specialist for a full-time hybrid role in Makati. You will support day-to-day IT operations, monitor systems, handle incidents, and ensure reliability of IT services for internal users.

The role requires strong system administration, incident management, and documentation skills. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise IT operations, experience with ITIL practices, and strong communication abilities to work with technical

Qualifications

Strong IT Operations and Information Technology experience in enterprise environments.
System administration including user management, info security, backups, patching, maintenance.
Experience with incident management, ticketing systems, ITIL or equivalent practices is a plus.
Ability to document processes, configurations, and solutions clearly.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in data-centric/security-focused operations or business continuity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day IT operations and ensure availability of services.
Handle incidents and service requests; escalate to senior engineers when needed.
Perform system administration tasks like backups, patching, access management, and config changes.
Maintain documentation of procedures and configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT improvements and security initiatives.
