Qualifications

• Must Speak and write in fluent English.
• Being a strong team player is essential, as you will work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistency, uphold accuracy, and provide timely support to the School Department.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects as assigned by the School Department.
• Provide prompt and thorough replies to and from our school patrons.
• Provide general support to the School Department, including moving/adjusting order dates, issuing customer credits accurately and ensuring all adjustments are documented, and create/update/maintain order forms and events.
