Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an AU HR/People Coordinator (Hybrid, Dayshift) to support the full employee lifecycle and coordinate information flows across people processes and systems. You will work within a global HR team to ensure data quality and system integrity.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, records auditing, HRIS maintenance, leave management, org-chart updates, surveys, and town hall content creation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a super-user for People systems (e.g. Employment Hero, Culture Amp, Greenhouse).
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, contractors and temporary staff.
• Manage the centralised PPH support inbox and escalate as required.
• Prepare employment letters and other HR documents and correspondence.
• Maintain and audit HR records, files, registers and templates to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor completion of compliance and probation reviews in the HRIS and assist with performance/salary reviews.
• Support leave management in line with policy and follow up on pending leave.
• Keep organisational charts updated on Lucidchart.
• Assist with supplier questionnaires.
• Contribute content for monthly Town Hall, including birthdays and anniversaries in Canva.
• Administer and coordinate HR-related surveys from setup to reporting.
• Ensure data integrity of HR change reports and update HRIS (Employment Hero) and Culture Amp.
• Run regular audits on employee records and compliance requirements.
