Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Employee Services Specialist – Onboarding (Fixed Term) in the Philippines to coordinate pre-employment tasks and onboarding activities in compliance with service level agreements.

You will create and distribute offer letters, collect onboarding documents, process changes, and serve as the main contact for candidates, hiring managers, and HR, ensuring accurate data entry in HR systems within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
• Basic knowledge of HR processes (offer letters, background checks, and employee data)
• At least 2 years in outsourcing/shared services or similar compensation-related role preferred
• Experience with Workday/SmartRecruiters/ServiceNow or similar platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute assigned offer letters
• Collect onboarding documentation and process onboarding requests
• Process changes to assigned offer letters
• Serve as the point of contact for pre-employment activities with candidates, hiring managers and HR
• Ensure compliance with state and corporate regulations and HR processes
• Maintain accuracy of data in HR systems and electronic personnel files
