Job summary

Manulife Global Solutions (MGS) in the Philippines seeks Customer Service Representatives to assist clients across the United States/Canada/Asia, delivering product and service information and resolving concerns. A Php 30,000 signing bonus is offered for hires starting between October and December 2026.

Qualified candidates may walk in for an onsite interview; night shifts and a hybrid onsite/home setup are required to accommodate business needs.

Qualifications

Experience in a call center with international voice work preferred.
Open to college undergraduates with at least 2 years of international voice account experience.
Completed 2 years of college or higher (Associate/Bachelor degree acceptable).
Amenable to night shifts, weekends, and Philippine holidays as required.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls regarding policy/contract information, issues, service questions and general client concerns.
Deliver excellent customer service by accurately and efficiently addressing inquiries.
Resolve or negotiate win-win solutions, or escalate to appropriate resources as needed.
Document and track significant caller discussions or complaints and follow up on requests.
Communicate production updates and challenges to management and the business unit in a timely manner.
