Job summary

Manulife Global Solutions (MGS) is hiring Bank Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service to Manulife Bank customers, business account holders, and advisors. You will resolve inquiries, educate clients on banking products and digital tools, and support a range of accounts including savings, chequing, mortgages, loans, and credit cards.

The role requires at least two years in college and a minimum of one year call center experience in international retail banking.

Qualifications

Completed at least two years in college.
At least 1 year call center experience providing voice customer service for an international retail banking account.
Amenability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and Philippine holidays (when needed).
Location: amenability to work in UP Ayala Land Techno Hub, Quezon City.
Hybrid work arrangement: amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need).

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Manulife Bank customers, business account holders, and advisors, delivering exceptional service across banking products.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate, timely resolutions to customer concerns.
Educate customers on banking products, policies, and digital tools.
Support servicing needs for accounts, investments, mortgages, loans, and online banking.
Investigate and resolve complex issues balancing customer satisfaction and risk.
