Job summary

Technology Elite, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to handle second-line support and complex technical issues across software, hardware, networks, and cloud platforms in Clark, Philippines.

The role involves deployment, maintenance, and ongoing administration of systems with onsite work, transitioning to hybrid (1 day WFH). The position requires strong English communication, 5+ years in IT support, and expertise in Windows environments, Hyper-V, Azure, and Intune.

Qualifications

• Very high-level verbal and written English; clear communication.
• 5+ years in IT support or IT operations roles.
• Experience with ticketing systems and monitoring/RMM tools.
• Knowledge of Windows server environments and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote assistance to escalated Level 2 issues.
• Deliver support for workstation, server, and network systems.
• Install and manage client cloud infrastructure and services.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and end-user device management.
• Maintain security policies including MFA and conditional access.
