Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a managed service provider environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support tickets related to Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange.
• Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks.
• Support cloud platforms including Azure AD and AWS.
