Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Level 1 in Pampanga for a hybrid role within a collaborative team. You will respond to member inquiries using FreshDesk, stay updated on FP membership terms, and escalate issues to the Team Leader as needed.

You will work with the Operations team, support documentation upkeep, and assist in distributing announcements to facilitators, while developing customer relationships and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a membership-based business is highly regarded.
• High written and oral English language skill.
• Prior experience in a customer service role.
• Outbound call experience is preferred.
• Australian Market knowledge & Experience.

Responsibilities

• Using FreshDesk, respond to members on individual enquiries related to FP membership.
• Escalate problems/issues from individual members to the Team Leader.
• Assist Team Leader, Customer Service Manager and GM – Operations.
• Create and maintain process documents and templates.
• Distribute announcement emails to facilitators (AM for employers).
