Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in account management, client servicing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in events, advertising, creative, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions and recommendations.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other client-facing documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional business growth.
