Responsibilities

Deliver Investment Operations services (Trade, Reconciliation, Corporate Action) to assigned clients within quality, timing and output targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers and business partners.
Update MIS/trackers and contribute to SOPs, job aids, and KPI documentation.
Participate in governance calls and support initiatives across teams.
Perform maker and checker activities and escalate exceptions as needed.
