Job summary

HSBC in Quezon, Philippines is seeking an experienced Asst Mgr - Processing for Equities Middle Office Client Services. The role supports HBAP Cash Equity businesses, handling daily trade processing, issue resolution, and client services management for equity trades.

The successful candidate will work within the Equities franchise under MSSO, liaising with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate trade lifecycle operations, cross-training across functions, and strong stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Daily trade processing of allocations and confirmations for assigned clients.
• Address trade exceptions with front office, settlements, reconciliations to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues including break resolution.
• Escalate critical issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Cross-train across functions and support collaboration across Equity departments onshore/offshore.
• Manage queues to ensure trades feed promptly into settlement systems.
• Compile and distribute internal reports with desk controls (cancel/amend, late booked, long-dated).
• Resolve transaction reporting rejections promptly.
• Complete daily checklist tasks accurately and on time.
• Demonstrate high standard of client service to internal and external stakeholders.
