Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a skilled Trade Support professional in the Philippines to perform day-to-day operational support across FX transactions, fund transfers, cash projections, and reconciliations. You will work with Front Office, custodians, and partners to resolve settlement issues, monitor risk, and help maintain accurate trade lifecycle processes.

Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related business course
• Minimum 5 years related work experience in Trade Support, Middle Office, Investment Operations, Cash Management or Fund Accounting
• Strong knowledge of securities instruments (Equities, Bonds, FX, Time Deposits) and understanding of trade lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational support (FX, fund transfers, cash projections, reconciliations)
• Communicate effectively with Front Office, custodians and partners to ensure timely settlements
• Investigate and resolve overdrafts or breaks highlighted by Front Office or internal teams
• Manage risks including Operational, Reputational and Settlement
• Assist in cross-skilling, training and mentoring junior members
