Responsibilities

• Daily trade processing of allocations and confirmations for assigned clients.
• Resolve trade exceptions by liaising with front office, settlements, and reconciliations to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and breaks.
• Escalate critical issues promptly to stakeholders.
• Achieve cross-training across Equity functions to support end-to-end processes.
• Manage queues to ensure timely feeds into the settlement system and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and distribute internal reports in line with desk controls and processes.
