Job summary

Manulife is seeking a capable Transactions Associate in Metro Manila under a hybrid work arrangement. You will process routine transactions, maintain accurate records, and partner with the Contact Centre, Advisory Support Managers and vendors to resolve escalated issues.

You will communicate with internal and external partners to ensure timely processing, assist with documenting processes, and resolve semi-complex problems using established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2–3 years' relevant experience in Investment/Wealth or similar industry; BPO/shared services is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Client-centric exposure and strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Exposure to Investment and Wealth Products and interaction with multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Process routine and standard transactions.
• Maintain accurate transaction records for interactions with distribution channels and clients.
• Collaborate with Contact Centre, Advisory Support Managers and vendors for escalated issues.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure timely processing of requests.
• Assist with documenting internal and external processes.
• Identify solutions using customer needs and established guidelines; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Prioritize tasks to handle fluctuating or unplanned work.
• Understand implications of actions and make decisions on semi-complex issues.
