Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock in the Philippines is seeking a capable Operations Associate to process routine transactions and maintain accurate records across distribution channels.

You will partner with Contact Centre, Advisory Support Managers, and vendors to resolve escalations, document processes, and support customers with timely service. A 2–3 year background in investment/wealth products and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in Investment/Wealth/Securities or similar; BPO/Shared Service experience is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills and proficiency with Outlook/Teams; excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process routine transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain records and collaborate with distribution channels/clients.
• Escalate issues with Contact Centre, Advisory Support Managers, and Vendors as needed.
• Assist in documenting internal/external processes.
• Identify basic to semi-complex problems and apply guidelines to resolve them.
