Job summary

Sprout Solutions Phil. is seeking a Learning and Development Lead for a hybrid role. The position focuses on creating and implementing learning strategies, onboarding programs, and a variety of training methods across the company.

Responsibilities include identifying training needs, maintaining the training matrix, coordinating with managers, managing LMS and e-learning, and handling training logistics. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in L&D, budgeting and project management experience.

Qualifications

• More than five years of relevant work experience in Learning and Development / Training.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and trends.
• Experience in budgeting and project management.
• Strong knowledge of LMS and e-learning practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and bridge skills gaps through analysis and collaboration with managers.
• Release the annual training matrix at the start of each year.
• Monitor and optimize development plans and learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on career pathing for team members.
• Source external training programs and design internal modules.
• Organize e-learning courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Handle training logistics and onboarding for new employees.
