Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Training Specialist to design, schedule, and deliver training programs for an offshore client in Australia. The role involves developing career paths, coordinating logistics, and updating learning materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

You will facilitate sessions, support Train-the-Trainer initiatives, monitor progress, and generate reports to measure impact. The position offers a hybrid schedule with day-one benefits and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in L&D, Training, or Customer Service in offshore/BPO/shared services.
• Experience supporting offshore teams and international clients, preferably Australian.
• Technical trainer experience is highly desirable.
• Skilled in developing training modules and delivering sessions, workshops, and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Ability to assess training needs and align programs with business requirements.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with LMS and training reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, scheduling, and delivering training programs, workshops, seminars, and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement career path programs and individual development plans to support employee growth and progression.
• Coordinate training logistics, including venue arrangements, training materials, resources, and participant communications.
• Develop, maintain, and update training modules, learning materials, and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Facilitate training sessions and support Training the Trainer initiatives when required.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation, monitoring employee participation, completion, and learning progress.
• Gather and analyze participant feedback and training evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare training reports covering learning activities, participation, outcomes, and the overall impact of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads, managers, and relevant stakeholders to identify training needs and align learning programs with business requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, learning methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
