Job summary

Sprout Solutions Phil. is seeking a Senior Lead Development Specialist to generate and qualify leads for the Sprout Sales Teams in a hybrid setup.

This role requires strong outbound prospecting and qualification skills using phone, email, LinkedIn, and Facebook, and a solid track record in lead development. A 3+ year background in similar roles and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Outbound Sales Prospecting, or similar roles.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Social media savvy - must be familiar with major social media networks.
Tech-savvy - must be adaptive in learning various software and tools.
Willing to learn new things and be trained.
Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
Proven prospecting/outbound calling track record with SME and large enterprise companies.
Able to determine a prospect’s needs and translate those needs into a potential fit for Sprout SaaS solution.

Responsibilities

Prospect for new leads via phone, email, and social media campaigns.
Facilitate social media campaigns to identify new prospects and spread awareness of Sprout events.
Build the sales prospect pipeline using Sprout's CRM.
Write outbound materials including emails, scripts, newsletters, and social content.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to workflow enhancements.
Work independently and across levels within target accounts, from associate to C-level.
Perform duties assigned by the Lead Development Manager.
