Job summary

You will lead planning and delivery of development initiatives, translate business needs into actionable plans, and partner with stakeholders to align workforce capabilities with growth strategies.

Qualifications

Experience planning and delivering L&D programmes across a large organisation.
Ability to translate business needs into practical development plans.
Knowledge of training design, delivery methods and learning resources.
Experience coordinating schedules, materials, and logistics for learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of learning and development activities for employees.
Identify learning needs across the business and translate them into clear development plans.
Design learning programmes that support employee capability and business needs.
Coordinate training schedules, materials and learning resources to ensure smooth delivery.
Work with internal stakeholders to align development activities with workforce requirements.
Track participation and learning outcomes to improve future programmes.
Maintain organised records of learning activities, attendance and programme results.
