Job summary

Dikshatek Technologies is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition for IT staffing, technical recruitment, and workforce solutions. You will hunt for new business, build a pipeline from scratch, engage C-level decision-makers, and close profitable staffing contracts.

This is a hybrid role with three days on site in Makati. The successful candidate will have a proven record of acquiring new corporate IT clients, negotiating terms, and delivering tailored

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct BDM experience in IT staffing or workforce solutions
• Proven track record of acquiring new corporate IT clients
• Experience hunting and closing new business independently
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills
• Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/LinkedIn)

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for IT staffing and related services
• Proactively hunt for opportunities via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and referrals
• Build and manage a pipeline from scratch and forecast opportunities
• EngageC-level executives and decision-makers to present staffing solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs
