Job summary

Softype, Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in NCR, Manila or Cebu, Philippines. You will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and present cloud automation solutions that address client needs.

Daily activities include prospect outreach, product demonstrations, proposals, and CRM maintenance. You will collaborate with consulting and support teams, with a focus on upsell and cross-sell opportunities and ongoing sales process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or business automation is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
• Deliver product demonstrations and prepare proposals for prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast sales activity.
• Collaborate with consulting and support teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Support existing clients through follow-up, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
• Participate in sales training and stay current on product updates; contribute to process improvements.
