Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines is seeking a detail‑oriented Quotation and Order Management professional to support order entry, quotations, and pricing inquiries in a hybrid setup. You will coordinate with resellers, validate data, and ensure timely follow‑ups to drive quote conversions into sales.

The role requires a college degree (or equivalent), 2+ years in quotation/order management, and strong MS Excel skills, with good English communication and a background in supply chain or IT distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; alternative: high school with 2+ years relevant experience.
• 2+ years of quotation and order management experience.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills and MS Excel familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately.
• Prepare proactive and reactive customer quotations.
• Verify quote data for accuracy before submission.
• Follow up with customers/partners to convert quotes to sales.
• Respond to inquiries about quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Maintain records of quotes, follow-ups, and communications.
• Override PO prices and vendor prices as needed.
