Job summary

You will handle orders, quotes, enquiries, and related documentation, while coordinating trials, loans, and follow-ups with meticulous data management. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in sales support, excellent communication, strong organisation, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems such as NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in sales support or related role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales administration support, including orders, quotes, enquiries and related documents.
• Coordinate customer trials, loans, and follow-up activities with accurate records.
• Manage shared inboxes and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain customer records and sales documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with events, marketing activities, newsletters and other initiatives.
• Support managers and sales team to facilitate efficient operations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate activities and maintain service levels.
