Job summary

goFLUENT is seeking an Invoicing Specialist in the Philippines to track and support management of sales agreements. You will connect the Customer Success Manager or Account Executives with clients to ensure smooth invoicing, reporting, and client training.

You will handle customer data, provide service reports, and serve as the go-to person for requests supporting ongoing client training. Hybrid work setup available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Enjoy working on Office (Excel) and/or GSuite (Google Sheets).
• Must have good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• A process-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with knack for identifying challenges early and implementing solutions.
• Be able to anticipate potential problems with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in basic invoicing or accounts receivable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and track client orders with flexibility, including preparing and organizing documents related to training, invoicing, and accounts receivables.
• Handle training registration and transfer requests while managing back-office systems and other tools.
• Organize and maintain office records, primarily client contracts and invoices.
• Collaborate and coordinate with different goFLUENT local and international teams.
