Job summary

StormGeo is seeking a Billing Specialist based in the Philippines to support finance operations across APAC. The role handles processing and reviewing high-volume monthly invoices for multiple subsidiaries, maintaining customer accounts, and resolving billing discrepancies with clients and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 1–2 years in accounting/treasury, and proficiency in MS Excel and NetSuite ERP. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience with high-volume invoicing and multi-entity operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of monthly invoices for multiple subsidiaries.
• Calculate billing amounts using the internal system and review invoices for accuracy.
• Distribute invoices to clients via email, offices, or NetSuite.
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts across subsidiaries.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth billing and AR processes.
