Job summary

Connext Global Solutions in the Philippines seeks an Account Services Specialist 2 to support a US-based client, focusing on onboarding, invoicing, portal administration, and vendor registration. You will be the primary contact for account setup and ongoing operational support, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely resolution of requests.

You will maintain customer data, assist with e-invoicing, and help improve onboarding workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years experience in customer support, invoicing, or account management.
• Experience with billing portals and e-invoicing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and account setup for new SFR customers.
• Maintain customer data in internal systems and portals.
• Support vendor registration and portal activation.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure documentation.
• Manage e-invoicing setup and maintenance across portals.
• Resolve invoice submissions, failed invoices and billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Credit & Collections on payment issues.
• Provide support and training to internal teams on SFR requirements.
• Maintain trackers and SOPs.
• Audit and reconcile accounts bi-weekly.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and invoicing workflows.
