IntoGREAT is seeking an Insurance Processing Support to assist our Australian insurance team from Quezon City. Responsibilities include policy processing, renewals, data entry, documentation management, and client servicing with brokers and insurers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and efficient back-office support. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AU General Insurance, experience with renewals and endorsements, and familiarity with Insight and Sunrise.

Competenze

AU General Insurance experience with insurers, underwriters, or insurance brokerage operations (2+ years).
Experience processing policies, renewals, pre-renewals, quotations, endorsements and client servicing.
Experience with multiple insurance product lines.
Knowledge with Insight and Sunrise insurance software/tools are highly preferred.

Mansioni

Renewals: manage expiring policies, renewals, endorsements, and data input in systems.
Debtors: generate reminders, periodic statements, and monitor aging/invoices; initiate collection procedures.
Others: back-office processing tasks, filing, quotes/requotes, endorsements, claims experience; training participation; confidentiality adherence; communicate with onshore team.
