Deployed Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-focused policy operations professional for a 4-month hybrid role in the Philippines.

Responsibilities include processing new submissions, policy maintenance, endorsements, and renewals, while supporting Account Executives and Managers. The role requires accuracy in documentation for insurers, adherence to compliance standards, and proactive identification of data discrepancies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience in office administration or transactional processing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; comfortable with CRM/database systems.

Responsabilidades

• Policy Operations: process new business submissions, policy maintenance, endorsements, and annual renewals.
• Broking Team Support: assist Account Executives and Account Managers; inform stakeholders on task progress.
• Client & Insurer Excellence: prepare clean, error-free documentation for submission to insurers.
