Integrated OS in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Policy Operations professional to support our Major Accounts & Specialty Team in insurance administration, renewal processes, and client documentation. The role covers underwriting submissions, renewal tracking, invoicing, and file management across corporate clients.

• Five years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred but not essential with equivalent experience.
• Experience in commercial insurance renewals, policy administration, and client documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare renewal documentation, review packs, and schedules.
• Coordinate with insurers and underwriters; manage responses and quotations.
• Prepare CoCs, invoices, premium documents, and client communications.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records; ensure timely filing and version control.
• Identify process improvements and support workflow automation initiatives.
