Job summary

Dover Business Services (DBS) is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join the Customer Experience Anthony’s team in Cebu, Philippines. You will support sales managers and commissioned reps, ensuring seamless order processing, accurate pricing, and a positive customer journey from quote to post-shipment support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
• Experience with AS400 or similar mainframe systems
• Proven customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional agility
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to team success

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
• Provide responsive, high-quality customer service across all touchpoints
• Initiate and manage pre-sale activities including product knowledge, quoting, and order entry
• Ensure post-shipment follow-through and customer satisfaction
• Assure accurate customer pricing
• Collaborate with sales managers and reps to support quoting and order fulfillment
• Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve customer concerns
• Track and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
