Michael Page is seeking an Inside Sales and Sales Operation Support professional to drive growth across assigned accounts. The role collaborates with Account Managers, Customer Service, and Demand Planning to ensure customer needs are understood and opportunities are advanced.

You will manage sales targets, engage customers regularly, and use CRM/C4C to track opportunities while coordinating with cross-functional teams for accurate forecasts and inventory alignment.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems.
• 2+ years in Inside Sales, Customer Service or Account Management.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned customer accounts and sales targets; drive year-on-year sales growth.
• Proactively contact customers to understand needs and drive repeat purchases.
• Identify, qualify and progress new sales opportunities within accounts.
• Prepare quotations and assist with contracts; support forecasting with Demand Planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Customer Service, Finance.
