Job summary

SUMO Services Corporation is seeking a diligent HR Operations professional to manage the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and performance processes. You will coordinate with legal and admin teams to ensure compliance and timely documentation.

Hybrid work arrangement with onsite reporting required twice a month. You will support payroll and statutory compliance activities, including government remittances, and assist with HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Psychology or related field.
• 2–3 years in HR, contracts administration, or admin roles.
• Working knowledge of employment contracts, labor laws, and end‑to‑end lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and manage employee and contractor contracts; ensure updates and renewals.
• Lead onboarding and orientation; ensure system setup and turnover to supervisors.
• Oversee offboarding; conduct exit interviews and turnover of responsibilities.
