Temu is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional in Metro Manila to oversee end-to-end HR operations and manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with solid practical experience in HR operation, payroll and employee lifecycle management. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of local Philippine labor laws and company internal HR policies.
• Excellent cross-team communication, coordination, and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with strong teamwork awareness, a rigorous work attitude, and sound logical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and independently manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding, attendance, daily employee relations to offboarding.
• Administer full-cycle payroll processing with high accuracy and timeliness, manage timekeeping verification and data auditing, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Interpret and implement HR policies strictly, ensure HR practices align with applicable local labor laws, and support overall business objectives.
• Independently manage daily HR and office operations to optimize routine workflows, and maintain an efficient, standardized, and productive workplace environment.
