Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading Philippines-based offshore services provider, is seeking a People Services Specialist in a hybrid role at the BGC, Taguig hub. You will support onboarding, records management, offboarding, and employee relations, reporting to the People Services leadership.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, compliance with local labor laws, and a high level of service to employees. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in HR administration, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including documentation and sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and physical files.
• Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final-pay coordination.
• Provide administrative support for discipline and grievance processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for onboarding, records, and policy questions.
• Follow SOPs and seek process improvements; use HRIS effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Philippines labor laws and company policies.
