Job summary

ConnectUs Marketing Solutions Inc. is hiring a Human Resource Officer - Employee Relations to support onboarding, payroll processing, government benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth), and HR policy implementation.

You will manage employee life cycle data and assist the HR Head with organizational planning and engagement initiatives. The role requires strong communication, integrity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with options for Work from Home or on-site in Batangas

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as HR staff or similar role.
• Experience handling government-m mandated benefits processing (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Strong integrity and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HR inquiries via email and phone.
• Onboard and offboard employees including orientations and documentation.
• Process timesheets and payroll-related tasks.
• Prepare government benefits reports and remittances.
• Update HR databases and reporting portals.
• Monitor loans and related reports for employees.
• Conduct monthly fieldwork for hiring/separation reporting.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and disciplinary actions.
