Qualifications

• 1+ years of HR administration, HR operations, or similar role; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end employee onboarding and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in HRIS and files.
• Coordinate employee offboarding and ensure proper documentation and system updates.
• Provide administrative support in discipline and grievance processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for onboarding, records, and policy inquiries.
• Follow SOPs, seek process improvements, and use HRIS effectively.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
