Job summary

Datacom ITAM Specialist role focuses on hardware asset management, ensuring accurate CMDB/AMDB data and policy compliance across client environments. You’ll manage hardware lifecycle activities, coordinate with procurement and IT teams, and support audits to optimize asset usage.

The role offers a hybrid work setup at our Taguig office, with emphasis on data-driven improvements and strong collaboration across stakeholders to deliver high-quality HAM services.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow and hardware lifecycle processes.
• Ability to document and implement HAM policies and procedures.
• Experience supporting hardware audits and asset verification.
• Strong data analysis skills in Excel or similar tools.
• Stakeholder management across procurement and IT teams.
• Understanding of licensing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HAM activities and asset records.
• Maintain CMDB/AMDB accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate hardware lifecycle activities from deployment to disposal.
• Lead audits and partner with stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
• Drive process improvements in hardware asset management.
